Il Boom B&B is authorized by Roma Capitale Tourist Department (Authorization No. 7184), and then modified in N° QA/2015/28916, dated 2015 December 1st. What includes:

Continental breakfast with cakes and biscuits (non-industrial production), corn flakes, bread and rolls, toast, ham, cheese, coffee, tea, milk, juice, yogurt, butter, jam, honey, Nutella, fresh fruit, etc. We can serve diet food if advised at time of booking or before your arrival.
Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms (not guaranteed on Sundays and holidays);
Change of bed linen every 2 or 3 nights;
Change of bath towels every 2 nights, or daily if necessary;
Central heating in B&B sleeping area;
Air Conditioning (summer/winter) in each room,
Hairdryer in each bathroom;
Wireless Internet access throughout the apartment;
Map of Rome, tourist information and reservations,
Taxi reservations

The living room/kitchen and terraces on the penthouse floor are available throughout the day for breakfast, snacks and to relax
Guests have their own keys to come in and out, with no time constraints

Our dog Luna lives with us, and in our large terrace (not allowed access to the B&B sleeping and dining areas) we have our old cat, Sancho, and our turtles.
